If you are buying a vehicle from springfield Imports and are feeling really nervous......Do Not Be!!! I have been buying new vehicles every 2 to 3 years for the past 25 years and this was truly one of my best experiences...Everything could not have gone smoother..All my phone calls and e mails were returned promptly...Car arrived in perfect condition as they said it would.When I am ready I will definitely buy again.Do not hesitate! Just a few words to say our experience with Billy Hall and Springfield Imports was outstanding, We were treated with honesty and truthfulness from . They went out of their way to make us feel like valued customers regardless of purchasing a car or not. NO pressure what so ever or high stake promises during our negotiations. They exceeded our expectations. We have been very pleased with after sale service and communications. We plan to trade 911s every 2 or 3 years and will make Springfield Imports (and Billy Hall of course) our First stop. Bobby C. New, COL, USA, (ret)

I brought my car in to their shop, first time customer. They looked to be a good place to take my 01 Eclipse GT to get fixed. The car wouldn't start, and they claimed to fix the problem, they would reprogram the keys. Not even 8 hours later, my car would not start. They wouldn't own up to the problem, and refused to refund my money. I would not recommend anyone take their car here for service. They will jerk you around, and lie straight to your face.Not to mention their rates are horrible for crappy service.

I've taken my car here numerous times because there is no one else in Springfield that works on VWs. Since the new owners took over a year or two ago, the prices have become so steep! They have fixed things on my car and then they would go out a week later and have to be fixed again (the same thing). Frustrating to the consumer. Last time I checked it was $110 per hour, with each hour after that going up (instead of $110, second hour would be $111, third hour would be $112, etc.) Luckily, I have found another place to take my car now. I would not recommend at all. A very displeased customer!
