This restaurant is really good. They have some cooked Japanese items on the menu, and they also have a good selection of sushi for anyone who likes that. The prices are quite comparable to others in the area that serve the same type of fare. Overall, service was great and the staff was very friendly. They can also really answer questions about what is on the menu. I was pleased with my experience here and will be back.

I didn't know if I'd like sushi. This was my first experience. Overall, it was great. There are also other selections besides sushi for those afraid of not liking it. There is a wide selection and the prices are good. I also liked the presentation of the sushi. It looks fresh and appetizing. Also very healthy.

As a big city girl and a self-proclaimed connoisseur of all things Japanese, I was really pleasantly surprised to find such a great Japanese restaurant in Springfield! The employees seemed very nice and friendly, going as far as to chant "Irasshaimase/Welcome!" as customers enter. The prices are reasonable and the portions are large. The food was delicious, although I didn't get sushi. Included with each dish is salad, miso soup(which was great, by the way!), and ice cream after your meal. The decor is great, too. It really reminded me of Japan. I can't wait to return!

If you want really good sushi, go to Sakura. The sushi has a very reasonable price and it looks very pretty. It tastes great as well, and there is a great variety of choices. The service is very good and at the end of your meal you are given complimentary ice cream. It is also a very intimate restaurant, good to bring dates to.

my family loves this restaurant, including my 5 yr old. the staff is very friendly and they make a point to treat you like family. its small, quiet and relaxing, never crowded. sakura is just a nice place to go to get away from the everyday fast-food and chaos.
