This shop came highly recommended from friends who have students at MSU. It's such a relief to know there's an honest business in town that can help my son out when he's 3 hours from home. Their prices were in line with quality service with quality parts. I checked several places before I had my son's car worked on. They weren't the highest or the lowest price. And they stand behind their work.

To the above reviewer. Did you shop around and see if this is an average price? They can't help that it is an older car. Prices and labor are irrevelant to what you paid for the vehicle. Perhaps you should put the money into a newer one that will have less problems. I have no idea the value of Ricks but read the review and felt that it was unfair. Honestly it should be removed.

We called these folks needing a valve job on a 1996 2.5 liter six cylinder Chrysler Sebring LX. They told us that the ball park estimate would be $1800. That is 2/3 of what I paid for the car last year. They told us that the only way they would know for sure is if we brought it in. They were very rude over the phone, not anything like what they are in the commercials. I am a college student at MSU with a very tight budget. I am glad I did not use these guys. Use at your own risk!!!
