I have never been so disgusted with a company's service in my life as I was tonite with Papa John's Pizza on S Campbell. Their customer service is the worst I have ever seen. We placed an order at 8:30 pm and at 10:00pm we still had no delivery, so we called to check the status and apparently they are so absent minded that the called the wrong number and when the guy answered the phone, he informed them that he didn't order any food. So instead of back tracking and checking the phone number, they cancelled our order. Human error happens. Well we replaced the order, mind you, I have a very hungry 2 and 4 year old, and apparently 45 minutes later, still no damn food. Keep in mind that it is now going on 11pm and my kids are antsy and irritated cause the are not only hungry, but tired cause it is way past their bed time. I called to find out what the hold up was and yet again, they cancelled our order stating that they tried to call and no one answered. That was a total bullfaced lie. My phone did not even ring once. After a brief complaint session and a gripping, they informed us that our business was no longer welcome and that we needed to call someone else cause they were not going to even place our order. Their customer service and manor in which they handled their own mistakes was just ridiculous. My friend Kim then called another location to place the order and explained the situation to that locations manager Johnny, kudos to this man, and he went above and beyond to do what he could to resolve our problem. He took our order and said that he would personally place the order to our delivery area, the lobby is now closed, so picking it up is out of the question, and he even discounted our order for our frustrations. We were gonna get 6 large specialty pizzas all for just $2.14. About ten minutes later, Johnny called back and informed us that the Campbell location was our delivery area and that they were refusing our order cause we apparently threatened them. All that was said was that their customer service sucked and that it was really rude and crappy that they could not take action for their mistakes and that there business etiquite was so lacking. Never in my life have I been so disgusted with someones behavior and demeaner on trying to resolve a problematic situation. Apparently this is not the first time that the Campbell location has screwed up and caused a customer to go elsewhere. I found a few negative reviews towards their attitudes and crappy customer service posted on the internet. They must not care about their jobs too much. And as far as I am concerned, they will never get my business or my money. They can just kiss my rear!!!
